Lora Stimson is a writer and singer. Lora studied creative writing at Norwich School of Art & Design (during which she wrote a novel about sex, grief and model villages) and has a Masters Diploma in creative writing from University of East Anglia. She has had writing published with Nasty Little Press, Unthank Books, Ink Sweat & Tears and Streetcake Magazine and in Arts Professional MagazineIn 2014 she worked with mentor Shelley Harris via the WoMentoring Scheme and in 2015 won the Words and Women Prose Competition. She is represented by Juliet Pickering at Blake Friedmann Literary Agency.

Lora sings with Norwich's finest 1990's lounge-core covers band The Ferries, seven piece jazz outfit Bootleg Swing and collaborates on vocals for poet Luke Wright. She lives in Norfolk with her young family.
